If you have landed here, you already have a good sense of who I support and my approach. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it can be helpful to briefly connect beforehand. This brief consultation offers space to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and discuss practical details such as scheduling. The goal is simply to help you determine whether you would like to begin the therapy process..
Individual Therapy Sessions
$140 for 50 min | $190 for 80 min
Individual therapy offers space to slow down, better understand yourself, and move beyond patterns that no longer feel sustainable. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, health anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. Together, we will explore what has been weighing on you while building greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional balance.
$170 for 50 min | $225 for 80 min
For couples, therapy can help partners better understand one another, strengthen communication, and navigate patterns that create distance, tension, or disconnection in the relationship. I support couples navigating anxiety, attachment patterns, trust concerns, intimacy difficulties, and the impact of stress or life transitions on their relationship. Together, we work toward creating more openness, understanding, and emotional connection.

A Note on Insurance
I encourage you to review your insurance to confirm whether your coverage includes services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario) or Counsellor / Therapist (Newfoundland).
I direct bill to SunLife, Green Shield, and SSQ. For other insurance, receipts are provided by email after each session for your submission.
