How Therapy Can
Support You

People usually come to therapy because they want relief. They feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. You do not need to have the “right” words for what you are going through. We will figure it out together.

Below you will find several areas of focus in my practice. You may see yourself in one, or in a few. These pages describe how therapy can help with specific concerns, what our work might look like, and what people often experience when they begin to feel better.

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear label for your experience to be valid. If something in your life feels heavy, confusing, painful, or exhausting, that is enough.
