Individual Therapy
Come as you are, we will begin there
Therapy that helps you reconnect with yourself
You might understand why you feel the way you do and still find yourself caught in the same patterns.
Perhaps you overthink, put others' needs first, struggle with self-doubt, or find yourself feeling anxious or overwhelmed despite everything you've tried. You may be recovering from a difficult relationship, navigating the effects of past experiences, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
In our work together, we slow down to understand what's happening beneath the surface. We explore your emotions, body sensations, and the ways you've learned to protect yourself, approaching these patterns with curiosity rather than criticism.
The aim isn't to fix who you are. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply and develop greater freedom in how you respond to life's challenges.
Women's Sexual Health & Well-Being
Sexual health is an important part of our overall well-being, yet it can be difficult to talk about the experiences that affect it. I offer a space for women to explore the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of sexual well-being, including changes in desire, difficulties with intimacy, body image, and the impact of pain or past experiences on sexuality.
Who Do I Work With?
I work with people, not just the difficulties or diagnoses they bring to therapy. I'm interested in understanding your story and the patterns you've developed in response to life, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.
Many of the people I work with expect a lot from themselves. They often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, while pushing themselves to do more. This is therapy for people who think deeply, putting others' needs first, and struggle with perfectionism or self-doubt. You are also at home here if you are searching for someone who understands the challenges of chronic illness and trauma.
I also support people recovering from emotionally abusive relationships, where the experience of being hurt, controlled, or repeatedly questioned may have left you doubting yourself or feeling disconnected from who you are. Therapy can offer space to rebuild trust in your own experience.
Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, burnout, trauma, or a sense of having lost yourself along the way, our work begins with understanding your experience with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment.

What Therapy Is (and Is Not)
Therapy is not about fixing you.
It is about understanding you. Understanding creates the conditions for change in a way that force never could.
You can't do therapy wrong.
Therapy is a space to speak openly, even if your thoughts feel messy, uncertain, uncomfortable, or hard to put into words. Sometimes the things we want to avoid talking about end up being the most important.
Talking really can help.
Being able to slow down, reflect, and feel understood can gradually shift the way you relate to yourself and others. Over time, patterns become clearer, new perspectives emerge, and change begins to feel possible.
Meaningful change takes time.
The ways we protect ourselves often develop over many years. It makes sense that understanding them, and discovering new ways of relating to ourselves, takes time too. Therapy is made up of small moments of awareness that gradually lead to new possibilities.
