Women's Sexual Health & Well-Being

A space to understand yourself, reconnect with your body, and feel more at ease

Therapy that helps you reconnect with yourself

Sexual health is part of our overall well-being, yet it's not always easy to talk about. You may have questions about your body, your desire, or your experiences of intimacy that feel difficult to put into words. Perhaps something has changed, something doesn't feel right, or you're not sure how you feel about it yourself.

Therapy can attend to the psychological and emotional components that complement medical care or pelvic floor physiotherapy when these are also part of your support.

When something doesn't feel right

Our experiences of sexuality are shaped by much more than our bodies alone. Relationships, life experiences, stress, expectations, and the ways we've learned to relate to ourselves can all influence how we experience intimacy and sexual well-being.

You might be navigating:

  • Changes in sexual desire or interest in intimacy

  • Pain or discomfort during sex, and its emotional impact

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or unsure of what feels good

  • Shame, self-consciousness, or difficulty communicating your needs

  • The impact of past experiences or trauma on intimacy

  • Changes in sexuality or sexual well-being through life transitions

Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where your experience can be explored without judgment or pressure.

How therapy can help

Rather than focusing on what you think you should feel or experience, we'll slow down and become curious about what's happening for you.

Together, we can explore your feelings, understand patterns that may be affecting your relationship with your body or sexuality, and make space for your needs, boundaries, and desires to become clearer.

There is no expectation that you need to change a particular aspect of yourself or your sexuality. The aim is to develop a deeper understanding of your experience and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I Can't Wait to Meet You
